Our primary market is the central Piedmont of North Carolina (High Point and a 45 mile radius). We are licensed state-wide (10725 Plumbing, Heating Group 1, 2, and 3 Class I – Unlimited) and travel state-wide for existing customers.
Our typical project size is from $50,000 to $1,500,000 with construction duration of 3 to 12 months. These typical projects account for about 80% of our revenue annually with the balance coming from time & material projects and service work. We secure projects through negotiation, private (invited) and public bids.
Our surety bonding capacity with NGM Insurance Company is $2,500,000 single project with a $4,000,000 aggregate.
